GENERAL CARE

  • Gently detangle using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush
  • Sulfate-free shampoo
  • Follow with a moisturizing conditioner
  • When washing the hair, always wash it in a downward motion. Use your fingers in a horizontal motion between wefts to clean your scalp and a vertical motion to clean the hair extension. When rinsing, do the same to ensure all shampoo and conditioner residues are washed out.
  • Heat protectant is required
  • Max heat: 350°F
  • Before swimming, comb out any tangles.
  • Braid hair into two large braids
  • After swimming, undo the braid. Comb hair
  • Proceed with shampooing and conditioning

WIG CARE

  • To maintain the shape and quality of your wig, store it on a wig stand or mannequin head
  • We recommend shampooing every 4-5 wears
  • Always wash hair in a downward motion to avoid hair tangling
  • Never wash hair in a circular motion, as this can cause tangling

If you notice product buildup along the hairline or lace, gently rinse the area with a small amount of clarifying shampoo

For best results, use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner that are free of sulfates and alcohol

CURLY & WAVY HAIR

  • It's recommended that you prewash your curly extensions with a moisturizing conditioner before installation
  • If you experience any tangling, spray a mixture of conditioner and water on the hair before washing, then brush the hair from the bottom up. Gradually wet the hair, then brush it gently before completely washing it.
  • Add a few braids or twists at night before bed
  • Refresh with water + leave-in conditioner
  • Define with curl cream or mousse
  • Air dry or diffuse on low heat

Our Curly and Wavy hair textures are designed to mimic natural hair behavior. When you receive your hair, the texture may appear straight or look blown out due to packaging and processing. Once the hair is washed or wet, the curls and waves will naturally form and become more defined. To achieve a straight or blown-out look, heat-styling tools such as a blow-dryer or flat iron must be used.

Our Custom Blend Braiding Hair is professionally custom-colored to achieve our signature shades and textures.

During the first few washes, you may notice a small amount of color release (sometimes referred to as color bleeding). This is a normal characteristic of professionally colored human hair and does not affect the quality or longevity of your extensions.

For best results, we recommend washing the hair with a clarifying shampoo before installation to remove any excess surface dye. After the first few washes, any color release should significantly decrease or stop.
